Sleme Hike
Half-Day Tour, start from Vršič Pass, pick-up in Kranjska Gora
A picturesque and incredibly scenic hike that’s easily accessible near Kranjska Gora, Slemenova Špica or shorter Sleme is a fun adventure for everyone. While it’s an easy hike right to the top of this green 1,911-m peak, the scenery opens up to impressive views of the Julian Alps, Mojstrovka Group and Jalovec, and really evokes that feeling of a true adventure. Children love to play around small ponds in a beautiful meadow just underneath the top and chase after countless butterflies, while the adults sit in soft grass and soak in the surrounding beauty. A must for everyone!

Itinerary
After we park at the Vršič Pass, we follow the footsteps of Kekec, a character from a children's book, who is a brave young boy. Hey, did you know that one of the classics in the Slovenian movie industry was filmed right here at Slemenova Špica? Not surprising though, as the trail is short and easy, while the views are just amazing. Please note that it's about an hour's walk to the top for adults, which should make a nice 2-hour walk for young families.

Additional information
We can take another even more scenic trail, crossing the slopes just underneath the vertical faces of Mt. Mojstrovka. This route requires a helmet.
