Gožnar via Ferrata
Half-Day Tour; start from Vinska Gora, pick-up in Celje
The hardest via ferrata in Slovenia? That’s Gožnar Peč. It might not be a long one, but its steepness is a true challenge with a few very demanding spots and almost nothing but air between the climber and the earth. Recommended for those who seek adventure, are used to the vertical, and have enough strength in their arms to rise to the challenge. Trust us, it won’t let you down.

Itinerary
We meet at the parking lot by the church of St. Janez Krstnik (John the Baptist) and continue our way towards the via ferrata. After strapping on the necessary climbing gear, we face the challenge above and start climbing our way up. It's roughly 40 minutes up and 20 minutes down - sort of short but extra sweet.

T4 | Recommended for climbers with Alpine climbing experience. Surfaces: mountainous terrain with demanding and extremely exposed walls, I, II, III climbing and short sections of IV climbing with no safety cables, or harder via ferrata routes.
