Flower Hike on Golica
Day Tour, start from Križovec, pick-up in Bled
Due to endless fields of wild white daffodils, the flower hike to Golica is particularly popular in late April, May and early June, when they are in full bloom. However, it’s also known for the epic views of not only the Alps and Triglav, but the views as far as Austria’s Grossglockner. Recommended for anyone that is reasonably fit.

Itinerary
Starting from the Planina pod Golico Village, we first walk up a winding path through a forest, a part of it beside a small creek with refreshing spring water. Once past the tree line, the views of the long ridge and an enchating wooden hut can be amazing on a clear day. The peak itself is another half an hour up a scenic trail across the open ridge. Please note that it's about 2.5 hours to the Golica Peak for adults, which should make a 3.5-hour walk up for young families.
